PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Pre-order apply for delivery within Malaysia.
2. If you confirmed to pre-order the item, please leave your comments here & don’t forget to leave your correct email address.
3. All items posted here are NEW, ORIGINAL and AUTHENTIC and direct from USA.
4. All goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/ exchangeable.
5. Serious buyer only! NO last minute backout!
6. I do NOT do any reserve. Order will be placed once customer pay FULL payment received . However, if you required installments, do informed me. For installments Deposit/Booking Fee 80%, and the balance must be paid the next following month. Deposit/Booking fee is not refundable/returnable. Once order is confirm (RM paid), no cancellation or exchange allowed.
6. Prices advertised in pre-order may subjected to changes, without prior notice.
7. Items and prices offered in Rose’s Treat is not guranteed would be the same until you pay booking fees.
8. I will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit as it is beyond my control. Delays due to weather, customs, post offices etc are beyond our control. All Custom duties & taxes is under buyers’ responsibilities (paid by buyer if applied). Prices and terms of purchase may change without prior notice.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
1. Item will be ship from USA once FULL payment received. Approximate time shipping from USA to Malaysia 4-6 weeks after all payments received. Time given here are approximate only. It might be longer due to custom and post office delay that’s beyond my control. Please be patient.
2. If you unwilling to wait, I can always use the EXPRESS post from USA to Malaysia. However, the price for the item will have to be double.
