 HOW TO PURCHASE? & TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Please read for more understanding.

  1. All items here are authentics, new, unused, untested UNLESS stated so in the listings/postings.
  2. No reserve since I do sell this products at other places (non virtually). Please ask me (leave comments here, email msrosetreat@gmail.com , messege, leave a comment here) to confirm the availability. I will try to reply your email within 48 hours.
  3. If you want me to RESERVE any item/s for you, please pay half deposit (50%) which is NOT refundable or returnable upon cancellation or backout.
  4. All items price are NOT include postal charges, unless stated so in the listing.
  5. Once item confirmed available & buyer confirmed to purchase. I’ll email the INVOICE & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
  6. NO LAST MINUTE BACKOUT / NO BACKOUT once buyer confirmed to purchase. Serious buyer only!
  7. Payments are expected within 48 hours/2 days upon confirmation of purchase by buyer, failing to do so, item will be open to other buyers interested.
  8.  I accept payment from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank only.
  9. Installments payment available for certain amount & item only (Split into 2 payments only). Please ask if you need it!
  10. Please email me with payment details once payment is made TOGETHER with your mailing detials(name,address,contact number).
  11. Once payment reflected to bank account & mailing details confirmed, item will be post out to buyer within 48 hours.
  12. Mailing method & Postage handling costs:
    (1) Pos Laju
    Peninsular RM8++ / Sabah Sarawak RM9++
    Approximate time shipping 1-6 business days.
    (2) Registered Mail available upon request
    Peninsular RM5 / Sabah Sarawak RM7
    Approximate time shipping 9-15 business days.
    *However, postage & handling costs might vary
    depends on units/weights of items.

  5. Seller will not be held responsible for loss/damages during postal delivery. Please confirm & give correct mailing address.
